Product availability can refer to different stages of fulfillment. A warehouse label may identify where a specific product or variant is currently allocated, while a made-to-order configuration may require production before it is ready to ship. Always rely on the information displayed for the selected product and variant.

In-stock status should be based on Shopify inventory or verified warehouse data. It does not necessarily mean every configuration, head or accessory is ready at the same location. Options can have separate availability, pricing and preparation requirements.

When a product offers variants, confirm the selected material, height, body, head and other choices before adding it to the cart. The displayed price and availability should update from actual Shopify variant data. If an option is described only in the product information and is not selectable, ask for confirmation before ordering.

Delivery estimates are product- and destination-specific. Customs, carrier service and warehouse location can affect the final route. General site information should not replace a product’s verified shipping details or the services presented at checkout.

Made-to-order does not mean unavailable. It means the item can be ordered under the production terms shown for that configuration. Do not rely on a generic zero stock number when the product is intentionally supplied through a confirmed pre-order or production process.

For the clearest comparison, use collection filters for material and availability, then review the product page for exact specifications. Keep a copy of the selected configuration and order confirmation so the requested options are easy to verify.
