Shipping information

Qualifying in-stock US models currently use a 3–7 business day delivery guide. The carrier, destination, order timing and dispatch status can affect the final estimate. Product-specific and order information takes priority over this general guide.

Orders are prepared in discreet external packaging without product imagery or explicit wording on the outside. Carrier labels still contain the delivery information required to transport the parcel.

Warehouse labels describe the source recorded for the listing. Carrier and destination-specific information is confirmed through checkout and order communication. Customized or factory-prepared configurations can follow different preparation steps when this is stated on the product page.

Tracking information is provided after an order has been dispatched when the selected carrier supports tracking. If tracking is not yet available, contact support with the order number rather than sending payment details by email.

Available destinations, shipping charges and any applicable taxes or duties are determined by store configuration and destination. No universal duty-free promise is made.
